Position Summary
The role of the Web and Graphic Designer involves leading web design projects from onboarding through to completion, ensuring all stages of the design, development, and client communication are executed with high quality and strategic alignment. The designer will work closely with marketing, web development, and social media teams to create visually compelling graphics for branding, websites, social media, and marketing campaigns. This position requires a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and strategic thinking to maintain consistency and engagement across all visual communication channels.

Essential Functions and Basic Duties
- Web Design & Development
- Overseeing web projects from start to finish
- Client onboarding and communication through the life of a web project
- Design website layouts, UI elements, and landing pages that enhance user experience
- Work closely with web team/developers to ensure seamless implementation of design concepts
- Optimize web graphics for performance and responsiveness
- Design-related web maintenance requests
- Graphic Design & Branding
- Develop and maintain a brand identity for all accounts
- Create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and digital ad campaigns
- Design engaging infographics, illustrations, and visual assets for various campaigns
- Brand and logo development
- Social Media & Content Creation
- Design engaging social media graphics, animations, and videos for various platforms.
- Develop content templates and themes to maintain brand consistency.
- Collaborate with the marketing and social team to align visuals with campaign objectives.
- Social media graphic approvals for non-design staff
- Collaboration & Project Management
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts and campaign visuals.
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices.
- Perform overall customer satisfaction concerning Company policy.
- Promotes responsible usage and care of company equipment.

Qualifications / Required Knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Digital Media, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design, web design, and social media content creation.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design work across multiple mediums.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Experience in WordPress and Elementor (or similar web design tools)
- Knowledge of social media trends, best practices, and platform requirements.
- Strong typography, layout, and color theory skills.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
