Position Summary
The position requires installation, support, configuration and programming, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of voice-over an IP network and system components (Phones). Actively participates in VoIP project scoping during sales engagement and management of ongoing VoIP projects. Leads in innovation, research, documentation, and maintenance of Kinetix VoIP solutions. Duties include but are not limited to the following, and Kinetix Management Team may assign additional tasks.

Essential Functions and Basic Duties
- Setup and configure SIP Trunks, IVR, Call Routing, Extensions, Devices, or Phones as needed to complete the solution for quality voice service
- Successfully complete software updates, changes and repair procedures using appropriate technical documentation and tools
- Perform troubleshooting, testing, repair and preventative maintenance of system/station equipment
- Conduct moves/adds/changes and installation of additional products
- Assist Kinetix Team as needed; Computers, Networking, Infrastructure, Projects and other
- Managing customer expectations and needs
- Provide documentation on services rendered to both customer and Kinetix
- Perform overall customer satisfaction with regard to company policy
- Ability to stay current with VoIP technology trends
Including above referenced activities, additional assigned tasks to be performed at customer site and from the Kinetix NOC.
Qualifications / Required Knowledge
- Knowledge and understanding of IP PBX, networking, wiring, telephone, and trunk technologies
- Working knowledge of traditional and converged IP telephone systems
- Working knowledge of call routing, ring groups, digital receptionists and voice mail
